Key Responsibilities

•Lead mechanical engineering scope of major projects from equipment design and selection through commissioning.
•Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems during startup.
•Ensure installations meet design, safety, and regulatory standards, and lead equipment inspections.
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and reliability standards.
•Collaborate with the RTO (Ready to Operate) team and cross-functional partners; train maintenance teams and prepare technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or maintenance leadership.
•Proven experience leading mechanical scopes in large-scale CAPEX projects and commissioning.
•Strong background in developing preventive maintenance strategies.
•Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
