Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive company security policies and practices, ensuring compliance with government mandates and DP World Group Security Management Systems at PFT.
  • •Ensure security practices are implemented and maintained for physical safety and protection of company property and assets.
  • •Build security awareness through campaigns, training, outreach, and awareness sessions for locally based colleagues or via delegated regional security managers.
  • •Perform risk assessments, security reviews/audits, and drive compliance loss prevention standards to attain agreed requirements.
  • •Manage security-related programs including ISO 28000:2022 and TAPA, support security systems projects, oversee third-party guard force training and daily performance, and conduct loss prevention audits and new-hire orientation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in security gained through Defence Services (10 years), Police/CAPF or law enforcement officer (5 years), or extensive civilian security background (10+ years).
  • •Experience working in security compliance frameworks (CSI, TAPA, etc.) and/or ISO Management Standards.
  • •Good experience in warehouse security management and extensive loss prevention experience.
  • •Must have experience or qualifications in electronic security systems including CCTV, electronic access control, and security system software.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office products and demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills.
