Job Summary

Own the Justlife voice across the customer journey, writing high-impact CRM copy (push, SMS, email, WhatsApp), funnel and service descriptions, ad concepts, and offline materials. Partner daily with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, Design, and Customer Service to turn ideas into sharp briefs and execution. Build brand consistency, introduce new angles and formats, and use engagement and CTR data to continuously raise performance and taste-led quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Justlife voice across CRM campaigns (push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and email).
•Shape the funnel with service descriptions and funnel content that drive customers from interest to booking.
•Brief design and ship campaigns by turning ideas into clear briefs and working through execution.
•Define and set the brand voice standards so every piece sounds consistent and on-tone on the first pass.
•Bring new angles and formats to lift engagement using feedback from performance data like CTR and engagement.

•3–5 years of copywriting experience (nice-to-have: marketing/communications/business degree).
