Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Total Rewards platforms.
•Lead modernization initiatives across Oracle HCM and integrated third-party SaaS platforms, including large-scale implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
•Own product governance, prioritization, release planning, and delivery with Technology and business stakeholders.
•Manage the vendor ecosystem, including performance, service quality, commercial commitments, and platform optimization across payroll and benefits providers.
•Partner with Compliance, Legal, Control Management, and Technology Risk to maintain governance, ensure regulatory/privacy/payroll/data governance compliance, and drive audit support and continuous improvement.
