•Improve data quality and integration patterns to enable accurate forecasting, actionable insights, and commercial predictability.
•Enhance seller productivity using automation, guided selling, scalable enablement tools, and CRM usability improvements.

•Expert proficiency across Salesforce Sales Cloud, including declarative and programmatic development strategies (package development and enterprise architecture).
•Demonstrated experience establishing and operationalizing enterprise governance frameworks across complex organizations.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment, multi-year roadmap planning, and release governance, including executive/C-suite presentations.
