Service Technician

Provide customer-facing service and technical support for welding equipment in the Banská Bystrica area. Diagnose and resolve issues based on customer descriptions (including by phone), perform repairs and oversee installations and software updates, and ensure systems are integrated. Manage customer equipment loaning/rental, handle spare-parts processes, support inventory and returned-device checks, and contribute customer feedback and market information to sales and marketing.
