Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of COGS and performance reporting for HelloFresh Canada’s Factor brand, partnering with Planning, Procurement, Culinary, Product, Fulfillment and Finance. Drive analytics, dashboards and self-service tools; translate cost insights into strategic initiatives; oversee data governance, budgeting and forecasting, and program governance to improve cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and delivery of all operational COGS and performance reports, dashboards, and scalable reporting tools for self-service analysis.
•Provide comprehensive financial and operational analysis, including in-depth variance explanations, period-end cost results reviews, and complex ad-hoc deep dives to identify systemic gaps and high-value margin improvement opportunities.
•Translate complex cost performance insights (e.g., menu/assortment planning, food waste, contracted rates, logistics efficiency) into actionable, measurable strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure execution and achievement of COGS reduction targets.
•Drive and act as the subject matter expert in COGS and procurement spend, supporting financial budgeting and long-term planning & forecasting
•Collaborate with your manager to develop and own the strategic roadmap and execution for COGS, operational reporting capabilities, and data governance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
•Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders.
•Advanced proficiency within Google and Microsoft suite, particularly within Google Sheets & Excel.
•Experience querying data from relational databases using SQL
