Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of differentiated retail value propositions for strategic customer segments using wealth and banking anchors and digital servicing channels.
  • •Develop and execute cost-effective, digital-led customer acquisition and growth strategies for new-to-bank acquisition, upgrades, and reactivation.
  • •Design acquisition and engagement initiatives for mass retail, including activation, onboarding journeys, and relationship growth to improve portfolio quality and revenue per customer.
  • •Collect customer insights and market intelligence to shape proposition features and seamless journeys, improving conversion and satisfaction.
  • •Drive proposition governance, compliance, people management, risk management, and end-to-end operating model improvements to deliver plans and targets.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • •Proven experience in banking/financial or related industries focused on propositions management, customer acquisitions, and customer portfolio management.
  • •Proven experience leading omni-channel customer contact and/or customer experience; experience building the necessary platform is an asset.
  • •A forward-thinking leader with an innovative mindset and a proven ability to lead and embed change.
  • •Excellent influencing skills with executive and senior-level management and strong leadership across functional teams.
