Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, inspect, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems using schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
  • •Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve machine performance.
  • •Install, inspect, and repair motors, wiring, switchboards, relays, and circuit breakers in compliance with safety standards.
  • •Partner with production teams and engineers to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • •Inspect and maintain shop equipment per OSHA standards and support facility upkeep such as HVAC, plumbing, and routine grounds maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
