Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees in day-to-day work activities for Corporate Services operations groups of Facilities, Fleet, or Supply Chain.
  • •Ensure personnel adhere to work practices and procedures, safety rules and regulations, training/licensing requirements, and Union/Management agreements.
  • •Execute work to achieve metrics, client services, and fulfillment of equipment or materials for business unit commitments.
  • •Implement and drive process and procedure improvement teams and projects to meet organizational objectives and targets.
  • •Develop vendor/supplier/partner relationships and review, optimize, and implement maintenance routines, corrective actions, and work processes or procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of experience in fleet operations, facility management, supply chain/logistics, maintenance, plant operations, or related industrial/operational environments (or equivalent combinations).
  • •Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience in fleet operations, facility management, supply chain/logistics, maintenance, plant operations, or related industrial/operational environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in fleet operations, facility management, supply chain/logistics, maintenance, plant operations, or related industrial/operational environments.
  • •Prior leadership experience, either formal or a lead worker position.
  • •Working knowledge of EEO, Safety, company/union/management partnership and employee development programs; knowledge of US DOT safety rules/regulations and Federal OSHA/ANSI/OEM safety rules.
  • •Possesses knowledge of collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and ability to administer it.
