Serve as a front-line service center contact, delivering world-class customer experience by greeting clients, answering phones, directing inquiries, and coordinating appointments. Manage service tasks and due bills with proactive follow-up and accurate system logging. Handle loaner agreements and work order pre-writes (including campaign/recall awareness), support vehicle check-in workflows, and assist with facility service request reporting.
