Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-speed IO/DDR/die-to-die/SerDes analog mixed-signal (AMS) circuit architecture and design.
  • •Lead definition, review, and sign-off on analog/mixed-signal IP top-level architecture and component/circuit specifications.
  • •Collaborate with system/platform and SoC architects to translate system specs into AMS block and circuit specifications.
  • •Author AMS block circuit/architecture technical specifications and pre-silicon verification plus post-silicon characterization/validation test plans.
  • •Supervise pre-silicon layout, post-silicon characterization and debug, and support product bring-up with sign-off on test plans and reports.

Salary: USD 189,000 - 324,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related equivalent).
  • •Hands-on design experience in multi-Gbps serial interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB) and parallel high-bandwidth memory PHY/IOs (LPDDRx, HBM, gDDR).
  • •Strong mixed-signal fundamentals for receiver/transmitter and PLL/DLL/clocking, including receiver/transmitter techniques and mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power, and low-noise concepts.
  • •Experience designing and architecting AMS circuit blocks such as DLLs, phase interpolator, low-jitter clock distribution, bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, and comparators.
  • •Proficiency with AMS design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre and/or HSPICE simulation).
