•Lead customer technical discussions to define and implement continuous improvement projects (CIPs) for dielectric deposition services.
•Increase CSA value through defect reduction, variability reduction, cost-of-ownership improvements, preventive maintenance optimization, process Cpk improvement, tool matching, and output optimization.
•Identify and drive opportunities for CSA renewal, upsell, and penetration.
•Resolve complex equipment and process issues using advanced analytics and systematic troubleshooting for root-cause diagnosis.
•Generate technical reports and present findings, and serve as a technical authority while mentoring junior-level MPEs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent).
•7+ years of experience in dielectric deposition process engineering.
•Strong Wafer Fab and semiconductor equipment experience, including dielectric deposition unit processes and Wafer Fab operations.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
•Ability to travel domestically as assigned (<50% per month depending on customer support).
