Map, document, and standardize operating processes using SIPOC, flow diagrams, and RACI. Drive continuous improvement cycles (PDCA/Kaizen) and support pilots for new technology and automation with KPI traceability. Turn operational data into actionable insights via dashboards and executive reporting, and enable knowledge transfer.
