Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
•Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions.
•Draft and support negotiation of commercial contracts together with commercial teams for productions and partnerships.
•Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.

Key Requirements

•Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
•Experience working in top tier law firms, or inhouse experience at a large-scale multinational.
•Speak fluent English, as well as French or German, with an additional language, a strong plus.
•Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities.
•Possess strong technical skills.
