Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
  • •Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Draft and support negotiation of commercial contracts together with commercial teams for productions and partnerships.
  • •Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
  • •Experience working in top tier law firms, or inhouse experience at a large-scale multinational.
  • •Speak fluent English, as well as French or German, with an additional language, a strong plus.
  • •Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into business outcomes and opportunities.
  • •Possess strong technical skills.
