Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve marketing campaign submissions in N-ERP, ensuring alignment with the Marketing Plan, and validate BQMS purchase orders and vendor payment requests in Knox.
  • •Conduct ROI and spend analysis by division and activity versus forecast, benchmark prior-year spend, and manage KPIs and underperformance escalation.
  • •Run monthly MDF/BQMS training and provide day-to-day operational guidance to ensure ongoing compliance while identifying workflow efficiency improvements.
  • •Manage Free-of-Charge sample device requests in Knox, ensuring proper returnable designation, reconciling system records with warehouse inventory, and creating payment requests.
  • •Lead month-end closing activities: ensure transactions are approved/cleared, verify expense accruals, resolve aged items, and submit HQ reimbursement requests through NTS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

  • •5 to 7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
