Job Summary

Lead maintenance projects across the GSE fleet, including de-ice trucks. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and complex troubleshooting and repairs for diesel, gasoline, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive systems, overseeing engine and component overhauls. Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to reduce downtime, manage parts inventory and procurement, and mentor Levels I & II technicians while reviewing work orders to recommend process improvements.

•Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
•Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Must complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check, with a valid driver’s license required.
