•Manage executive relationships and account governance for assigned clients.
•Drive multi-service adoption across product design, product engineering, AI enablement, DevOps, quality engineering, and managed services.
•Build and execute annual Account Business Plans, including revenue targets, pursuit roadmaps, and relationship mapping.
•Proactively identify whitespace and expansion opportunities through business reviews, market intel, and internal delivery insights.
•Lead pursuit orchestration for large-scale engagements and RFPs, collaborating with deal desk, solution architects, and delivery leaders.

Salary: PLN 12,000 - 19,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant, similar industry-specific experience in business development.
•Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts for Tier-1/2 IT services or product engineering companies.
•Exposure to selling across Europe with additional experience in UK, Middle East, and North America markets.
•Strong experience in solution-led selling, multi-stakeholder management, and large deal pursuits.
•Deep understanding of enterprise transformation drivers in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and High-Tech.
