Job Summary

Lead BIM and digital strategy for real estate clients across organisational, programme, and project levels. Capture client requirements, author BIM documentation and workflows, and drive BIM implementation, information management, and compliance checking. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage digital risk, and support digital transformation. Provide peer review, write detailed reports, oversee commissions, and contribute to bids, new business opportunities, cross-selling, and knowledge management using BIM tools and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategies aligned to those requirements.
•Author BIM documentation and workflows and lead the rollout and implementation across client organisations, programmes, and projects.
•Communicate BIM strategy, documentation, and workflows to stakeholders, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks; lead/manage digital transformation and strategy for client delivery.
•Write detailed reports; perform peer review; oversee commissions; support bid development, new business opportunities, cross-selling, and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

•A consultancy background with experience of design processes and procurement routes within a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650.
•Knowledge of international BIM standards, BIM-enabled project roles, responsibilities, and the creation/maintenance of BIM documentation and common data environments.
•Working knowledge of 3D modelling and BIM tools (e.g., Revit or ArchiCAD) and 3D model interrogation/clash detection (e.g., Solibri or Navisworks).
•Preferably educated to degree level, or with sufficient demonstrable workplace experience to satisfy the role requirements.
