Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ANZ channel revenue targets and ensure AMD Operating Plan (AOP) metrics are exceeded.
  • •Track and optimize performance using KPIs, dashboards, and partner scorecards, with disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  • •Develop and execute ANZ channel strategy aligned with APJ objectives and global priorities while addressing local market requirements.
  • •Serve as primary executive owner for distributors in ANZ and lead joint business planning, QBRs, forecasting, and performance management with distributors.
  • •Directly manage, coach, and develop Partner Account Managers, establishing goals, KPIs, coverage models, and accountability for partner performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 280,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the technology or semiconductor industry.
  • •Proven history managing distributors and leading partner-facing sales teams.
  • •Strong understanding of the ANZ market, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • •Executive presence with the ability to influence from C-suite partners to internal leadership teams.
  • •Experience leading in a highly matrixed environment and managing large-scale partner programs, incentive structures, and channel enablement initiatives.
