Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive a best-in-class global travel program to deliver measurable cost savings, enhance traveler experiences, and support growth across regions.
  • •Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations to secure high-value agreements with travel and event suppliers, improving service performance and mitigating risk.
  • •Influence travel and event strategy using data-driven insights to improve policy effectiveness, adoption, and spend/savings visibility.
  • •Build trusted partnerships across Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Security, and business leaders to align travel solutions with priorities and duty of care requirements.
  • •Establish performance standards and monitor supplier results to continuously improve quality, compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in procurement, corporate travel management, event management, or related sourcing with a record of delivering business value through supplier partnerships.
  • •Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management to achieve favorable commercial and service outcomes.
  • •Analytical skills to translate travel and spend data into actionable recommendations that improve performance and decision-making.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international, matrixed organization while staying focused on results.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot with excellent communication and project management skills.
