Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project implementation by developing tools, templates, sites, accesses, forms, and related project resources.
  • •Create and configure files and folders to manage information and define templates/forms/sites for data input.
  • •Build process flows and network diagrams and perform process analysis.
  • •Maintain SQL database tables and queries and support reporting processes via site/flow/app configuration.
  • •Create and maintain Power BI reports and develop manuals, tutorials, and training materials for users.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled student in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • •Experience with process mapping, and process diagraming/mapping/analysis.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, including creating templates, forms, and sites to input information.
  • •Intermediate computer skills including updating, modifying, and maintaining SQL database tables and queries.
  • •Ability to create and maintain Power BI reports (desktop and cloud) and develop data analysis/reporting.
