Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Japan (B4)

Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles in Japan, from building sourcing and interview plans to negotiating offers and coordinating follow-through in Workday. Partner closely with hiring managers/HRBP and internal stakeholders, plus external agencies, universities, and communities, to identify active and passive candidates. Leverage Workday and CRM for reporting and process improvements while continually researching new sourcing channels.
