Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to drive modeling decisions and influence senior business leaders on model strategy, use, and risk.
  • •Define and drive an end state emphasizing simplicity and adoption of digital technologies, cloud hosting, and open-source software.
  • •Assess and defend state-of-the-art decision-making systems to internal and regulatory partners.
  • •Shape the end-to-end practice for building machine learning models, from design through training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Oversee development of benchmark and challenger models to stress test critical modeling decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,200 - 359,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration), with experience performing data analytics (11/9/6 years respectively based on degree).
  • •At least 6 years of experience leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •At least 6 years of experience working with machine learning.
  • •At least 6 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build, validate, and backtest models (e.g., understanding confusion matrices and ROC curves).
