Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise field teams during archaeological fieldwork and coordinate with Field and Office Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • •Maintain clear and accurate field notes and communicate field discoveries, strategies, and staff issues to the office.
  • •Prioritize health and safety and ensure compliance with AECOM procedures and Covid-19 measures.
  • •Manage performance on site, set expectations, and document discussions with field technicians.
  • •Provide reliable transportation and collaborate with Indigenous communities respectfully as part of team efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Certificate + 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Valid Applied Research (R) or Professional (P) class license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM)
