Own a product vertical end to end for a Neobank superapp, covering strategy, outcomes, roadmap, technical design, and delivery. Make and defend trade-offs, apply AI responsibly with human oversight, and ship features through external partner and regulatory gates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a vertical end-to-end with outcomes and metrics, and manage a backlog prioritized by value, risk, dependency, and strategic priority.
•Shape technical design with engineering, including money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation) and third-party rail failure/retry/refund behaviors.
•Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend them with engineering, compliance, or ops leaders.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place by defining decision boundaries and human-in-the-loop behavior, and ship features behind flags through external partner and regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Solid system design foundation: system boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency.
•Comfort reading, reviewing, and challenging design docs; ability to sketch an architecture and a sequence.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or demonstrated fast-ramp ability for money-movement correctness.
•Hands-on AI judgement for LLM-based products, including evaluation (offline/online/human feedback) and knowing when a model must not be in the loop.
