Job Summary

Design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and ITOM. Configure and enhance workflows and portal experiences using scripting and Flow Designer, while implementing Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM capabilities. Provide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support, including upgrades, patching, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
•Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Service Portal components.
•Implement and support Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives.
•Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, and third-party systems.
•Perform platform enhancements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production support, and support upgrades, patching, and release management.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
•Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
•Hands-on experience with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
•Hands-on experience with ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
•Strong integration experience using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise integrations.
