Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain electrical ICDs between the mission system and the co-development partner airframe, including connector pinouts, power allocations, signal definitions, and harness routing constraints.
•Audit the existing ICD baseline for completeness and drive to a fully co-signed revision.
•Design Anduril-side harness architecture, including wiring gauge, routing, connector selection, backshell, strain relief, and shield termination per applicable aerospace standards.
•Develop and verify power budgets across normal, peak, emergency, and ground power operational modes.
•Lead EMC coordination with the co-development partner and support first aircraft electrical integration and interface verification testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 198,000 annually

•3–6 years in aerospace or defense electrical engineering with ICD development experience.
•Experience with aerospace harness design, including wiring, MIL-DTL-38999 (or equivalent) connectors, backshell, and routing practices.
•Ability to perform power budget analysis across complex vehicle electrical architectures.
•EMC planning and coordination experience per MIL-STD-461 or DO-160.
•Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active US security clearance.
