Collaborate with internal teams to communicate impact, prepare persuasive presentations and proposals, manage communications for assigned accounts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
•Identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities through outreach, grant applications, and fundraising campaigns.
•Represent NCC Life at networking events, community gatherings, and professional functions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to understand service delivery and communicate impact to stakeholders.
•Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports; manage account communications and maintain CRM records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in account management, fundraising, sales, or business development, preferably in the non-profit or community sector.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse groups.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to new opportunities.
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
