Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct branch operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • •Supervise and schedule employees across branch operations; support performance development and disciplinary recommendations as needed.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service, thank-you follow-ups, and accurate account/transaction communication to customers.
  • •Ensure operational accuracy and compliance, including validating transactions, following BSA/AML requirements, and completing required reporting (e.g., CTRs, SARs, monetary logs, Reg CC holds).
  • •Support revenue growth by originating consumer loan applications, cross-selling loans, and assisting with IRA openings and contributions/distributions/rollovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training (or equivalent combination).
  • •Minimum two-year banking experience preferred.
  • •Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator, and data entry.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •Completion and comprehension of the listed Southside Bank instructor-led classes (New Employee Orientation; Teller Training/Teller Advanced/Professional Teller; Product Knowledge modules).
