Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee consulting activities by delivering high-quality engagements in the North American region while building client relationships.
  • •Lead advisory engagements and manage teams in execution of projects and career mentorship.
  • •Proactively engage Visa internal teams in strategic and planning discussions.
  • •Develop scalable frameworks, approaches, and recommendations to address impactful client opportunities and challenges.
  • •Produce insights and analyses to improve client performance and provide strategic guidance across the payments P&L.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •Demonstrated experience in corporate/business strategy or management consulting, with ability to deliver projects using consulting methodologies.
  • •Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including communicating at all levels in large organizations.
  • •Leadership and collaboration in matrixed environments, including influencing others who are not direct reports.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with large data sets and synthesize insights that drive ROI.
