Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute account plans for data center customers (hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, EPC partners) and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.
  • •Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for power generation equipment, services, and long-term agreements.
  • •Lead complex deal pursuits end-to-end, including pipeline management, proposal development, commercial negotiations, risk assessments, and contract reviews.
  • •Monitor market trends in data center growth, power demand, grid constraints, sustainability requirements, and emerging generation technologies to provide insights for product strategy and planning.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, application, service, commercial operations, legal, and finance to develop customer solutions and support smooth handover from sales to execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, energy management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •7+ years in sales, business development, account management, or commercial experience in power generation, energy, utilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • •Proven experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities for power generation equipment, services, and agreements.
  • •Understanding of power generation technologies (e.g., gas turbines, microgrids, backup and grid interconnection) and data center power architectures and redundancy requirements.
  • •Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including communicating technical concepts to engineering and executives.
