Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project controls activities from project setup through closeout, including cost, schedule, forecasting, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • •Assist with establishing and maintaining WBS, cost baselines, budgets, schedules, and other project controls systems.
  • •Monitor budgets, expenditures, commitments, revenue, profitability, and cash flow; identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
  • •Assist with monthly forecasting and estimates at completion (EAC), including labor hours, costs, and revenue.
  • •Support earned value and progress measurement, change management, contingency tracking, risk analysis, billing review, and preparation of project financial reports and management summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •2 years of experience in project controls, project accounting, financial management, scheduling, or a related role.
  • •Familiarity with project financial systems and other project management platforms.
  • •Basic understanding of project controls fundamentals including WBS, cost and schedule baselines, forecasting, earned value, progress measurement, and change management.
  • •Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to perform QA/QC of financial information and project documentation across multiple systems.
