Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution of major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Make architecture decisions and manage technical trade-offs across speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Mentor engineers, review designs and code, and improve engineering tooling, development practices, automation, and production reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience building and shipping production software systems.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.

  • •Strong hands-on coding ability and willingness to stay close to the code through debugging and production issue resolution.
