Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to discovery sessions and implement CDE metadata fields, permissions, folder structures, workflows, and processes.
  • •Manage CDE user accounts, invitations, security groups, and configuration updates as teams and working methods change.
  • •Monitor document compliance through workflows, perform audits on file naming, storage locations, and user access, and report results to stakeholders.
  • •Track workflow progress, report outstanding reviews, and resolve blockers while acting as the main point of contact for CDE queries and issues.
  • •Deliver training sessions for new users and refresher training, provide advanced training for super users and administrators, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Document Controller.
  • •Experience contributing to project or programme Information Standards, including CDE requirements and information standards creation.
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 (particularly Part 2) and how it impacts Information Management and Document Control.
  • •Experience using CDE/EDMS tools such as Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud), Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, or Dalux.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Power BI experience extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from the CDE.
