Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, plan, and execute a diverse portfolio of events, including industry trade shows, bespoke high-touch sales events, and community engagement.
  • •Create scalable event processes, templates, and best practices to support repeatable, high-quality execution.
  • •Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring operational milestones are met.
  • •Serve as primary program manager by driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across sales, marketing, product, dev rel, and leadership.
  • •Oversee event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contracts, registration, booth/set design, staffing, and post-event reporting and lead follow-up.
