•Provide extended first aid for accidents and acute illnesses and be responsible for documentation; maintain accident books and create written notices with all relevant details
•Coordinate with company doctors and manage scheduling
•Identify new health-related challenges and proactively develop ideas to strengthen health offerings
•Communicate health information clearly to colleagues and across departments, using German and English as needed
•Support the launch and daily operations of the new site by ensuring health protection and safety standards are met

Key Requirements

•Experience from emergency medical services or a medical background; ideally with a qualification as Rettungssanitäter*in, Rettungsassistent*in, or Notfallsanitäter*in and a further qualification as Betriebssanitäter*in

•Strong communication skills to convey expertise clearly and adapt to colleagues' knowledge levels
•Good German language skills and solid spoken/written English
