Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide extended first aid for accidents and acute illnesses and be responsible for documentation; maintain accident books and create written notices with all relevant details
  • •Coordinate with company doctors and manage scheduling
  • •Identify new health-related challenges and proactively develop ideas to strengthen health offerings
  • •Communicate health information clearly to colleagues and across departments, using German and English as needed
  • •Support the launch and daily operations of the new site by ensuring health protection and safety standards are met

Key Requirements

  • •Experience from emergency medical services or a medical background; ideally with a qualification as Rettungssanitäter*in, Rettungsassistent*in, or Notfallsanitäter*in and a further qualification as Betriebssanitäter*in
  • •Ability to quickly learn new software, apps and web tools and to deepen knowledge of Google Workspace
  • •Strong communication skills to convey expertise clearly and adapt to colleagues' knowledge levels
  • •Good German language skills and solid spoken/written English
  • •Willingness to work in a team and focus on employee health and wellbeing
