Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and greet guests and members and ensure professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • •Conduct inductions and health profiles and prescribe high-quality programs based on client goals and results.
  • •Plan and deliver group exercise initiatives; keep the group exercise timetable updated and adjust with changes.
  • •Provide advice and ensure safe training techniques; enforce fitness/gym rules and maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • •Support operational readiness and reporting: ensure facilities are functional, report faults, comply with hotel management requests and health/safety/emergency procedures, and contribute to financial targets through personal training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English written and spoken; other languages are an advantage.
  • •Degree in sports and science or related field.
  • •National personal training certification (REP’s level A equivalent).
  • •Strong customer service skills with a welcoming, sociable personality.
  • •Ability to coach and motivate individuals and maintain safe, hygienic training environments.
