Key Responsibilities

•Partner with category leadership to identify and prioritize high-potential sellers and lead business development end to end.
•Generate and continually advance a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, readiness, and ability to execute content commerce.
•Develop pitch materials and processes grounded in deep understanding of the TikTok category space.
•Work with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and integration, optimizing the process so the BD pipeline progresses quickly.
•Create reporting, analysis, and measurement to monitor and optimize seller onboarding and drive seller acquisition results.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales for a retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform.
•Experience working with consumable brands and sellers (or equivalent).
•Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiate BD outcomes.
•Experience managing scalable processes to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs while improving through analytical problem-solving.
•Experience in business development processes that drive seller onboarding and category growth.
