Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow bills of material for core steel assemblies, set up stack tables, and stack steel to specifications.
  • •Monitor automatic shearing of steel and check for burr level, correct sizing, and proper stacking; review edge burr quality.
  • •Set up fixtures for high-precision core alignment, install coils and insulation, and assemble/weld core clamps in place.
  • •Operate and set up stacking/tilt/base tables and perform core lacing, including installing top/bottom clamps with end plates.
  • •Move materials and completed assemblies using forklift/overhead crane and identify issues like waviness; coordinate with supervisor and maintenance.

Key Requirements
