Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-hand inventory counts and place orders for all concept areas of culinary food services.
  • •Receive and inspect daily vendor deliveries and enforce standards for ordering and receiving operations.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and track departmental spending; reconcile invoices and submit purchase orders.
  • •Manage porters, including cleanliness around operational areas, handling food deliveries, and fulfilling interdepartmental requests.
  • •Coordinate event support and daily operations by moving equipment, setting up/resetting event spaces, and supporting maintenance of assets through monitoring and preventative maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years of inventory experience
  • •2+ years of restaurant or retail food service experience

  • •Ability to carry heavy items (up to 25 lbs.), stand long periods (up to 10 hours/day), and work all shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
