Drive store sales as a customer-focused brand ambassador while supporting individual sales goals. You’ll engage customers to generate clientele, deliver an elevated in-store experience, and help build long-term client relationships. Maintain strong service evaluation through NPS feedback, ensure inventory accuracy and controls, and contribute to loss prevention. Work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) while upholding store standards and Reformation values.
