Key Responsibilities

  • •Review complex enterprise and strategic contracts, advising Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Procurement on structure, risk, and revenue implications.
  • •Manage and maintain revenue schedules supporting contracts and prepare technical revenue accounting memos.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners during contract negotiation, advising on deal structures and revenue risks for complex transactions.
  • •Support revenue-related aspects of the financial close, including revenue accounting positions, internal controls, and operational activities.
  • •Collaborate with external auditors on technical accounting matters and drive process improvements using tools, data, automation, and AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,200 - 224,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
  • •CPA or equivalent with 8+ years of US GAAP revenue recognition and accounting experience in SaaS or a cloud service provider plus professional services.
  • •Experience (e.g., Big 4 or advisory) handling complex accounting issues, including technical research and documentation.
  • •Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606 for SaaS and AI services, including multi-element arrangements, SSP, variable consideration, contract modifications, consideration payable to a customer, and usage-based/consumption revenue models.
  • •Experience collaborating with external auditors on technical accounting positions and deliverables.
