Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate production equipment and perform machine-related tasks, including wire delivery and moving product through routed operations or into inventory locations.
  • •Prepare and ship components to vendors and receive items/deliveries to proper departments, including transfers to totes/rack locations and required computer transactions.
  • •Set up packaging/labeling for correct box quantity, stack pallets for delivery, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • •Maintain clean and orderly work areas, adhere to 6-S/6-S 360 principles and FIFO at operational levels, and participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement events.
  • •Diagnose and problem-solve operational deficiencies; inspect completed work (hardness and visual inspection as required) and support corrective actions.
