Key Responsibilities

  • •Build features for enterprise WordPress solutions, including custom Gutenberg blocks in React.js, plugins, and themes using HTML/CSS and structured PHP.
  • •Own tickets end-to-end: interpret requirements, make decisions when details are incomplete, and deliver reviewable pull requests with clear summaries and testing.
  • •Translate Figma designs and project requirements into polished, responsive features and reusable WordPress components.
  • •Use AI tools to accelerate implementation and debugging while validating outputs before they reach pull requests.
  • •Collaborate proactively and asynchronously in English with distributed teammates across engineering, design, and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Agency or consultancy experience building WordPress solutions for large-scale, enterprise projects (high-traffic sites, demanding clients, tight deadlines).
  • •Comfort working across the web stack, including HTML, CSS, modern PHP, and JavaScript, plus Gutenberg ecosystem development with React.js custom blocks.
  • •Experience translating Figma designs and requirements into polished, responsive, reusable components within WordPress themes and plugins.
  • •Ability to use AI tools as part of daily workflow, while critically validating outputs before submitting pull requests.
  • •Clear written and spoken English communication, including walking reviewers through decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs.
