Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize complex audience segmentation queries for targeted multichannel campaigns (email, mobile push, SMS etc.)
  • •Create, enhance, and maintain dynamic personalization features for each channel
  • •Design and implement automation workflows to optimize data flows and customer journeys
  • •Use APIs and data connectors to ensure scalable, seamless communication between the marketing platform and external systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, Data Warehouses, Analytics)
  • •Collaborate with marketers, business analysts, and solution architects to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions
