Key Responsibilities

•On-Site Safety Leadership: Provide dedicated safety oversight for active deployments and operational data centers, serving as the primary safety point of contact for internal teams and external contractors
•Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess risks to workers, making recommendations and developing action plans to reduce risk as appropriate
•HSE Program Development: Develop and implement various HSE processes, including Right to Know policies and Hazard Communication programs to support a safe and compliant work environment
•Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with all federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures. Monitor and report on HSE objectives and metrics, ensuring HSE is part of Management discussions, objectives, and priorities
•Incident Management: Facilitate thorough incident investigations and lead root cause analysis efforts following any failures, incidents, or accidents; monitor status of corrective actions, reports, and audits

Travel: High travel
