Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services, including greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
  • •Lead and train staff on event-specific details and support staffing needs, including assisting with managing breaks.
  • •Assist management to ensure compliance with venue policies and safety regulations.
  • •Support sustainability efforts by participating in the venue sustainability program (e.g., sorting waste, collecting recycling, educating fans).
  • •Partner with the team at end of show to close the venue, including properly storing event equipment, and oversee productivity and work assignments while enforcing safety, health, and security duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 27.5 hourly
