Aragon Ballroom - Overnight Cleaning Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate overnight cleaning activities for a live events venue, leading and training cleaning staff and assigning duties based on event needs. Provide customer service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries or complaints, and ensure compliance with venue policies, including safety and security requirements. Partner with the team at end of show to close the venue and manage equipment storage, while supporting sustainability efforts through waste sorting and recycling.
