Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Facilities Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse performance of airport facilities, including availability, service interruptions, condition indicators, and failure trends, identifying gaps affecting passenger experience, safety, or operational continuity.
•Operational Performance Improvement: Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance facilities effectiveness; support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
•Maintenance Effectiveness Assessment: Assess maintenance programs by reviewing work orders, response times, repeat failures, and service outcomes; recommend improvements to maintenance scope and scheduling.
•Facilities Data & Reporting: Produce performance reports and dashboards for facilities assets, providing actionable insights to facilities management and airport operations leadership.
•Technical Interface with Operations: Serve as the technical performance interface between facilities teams, maintenance contractors, and airport operations stakeholders to translate performance insights into improvements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, performance monitoring, or infrastructure operations
•Experience in large operational environments such as airports, transport hubs, or mixed‑use complexes
•Ability to define and track meaningful facilities performance metrics (KPIs) reflecting reliability and service quality
•Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field
•Experience with performance reporting and maintenance optimisation
