Key Responsibilities

  • •Articulate relevant security risks and provide guidance to cross-functional partners and regional/country leadership.
  • •Maintain a proactive, strategic physical security approach aligned to business needs.
  • •Implement and manage a baseline physical security program to assess location risk and support new facility selection/design.
  • •Manage access control security operations (coverage requirements, training, and post orders where applicable).
  • •Lead and support crisis/incident management, communications, and investigations, and partner on security education and preparedness initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 to 15 years of experience at a multinational company with increasing responsibility in security.
  • •Relevant degree or professional qualification in security or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-impact incidents at country and regional levels with senior stakeholders.
  • •Experience managing guarding contracts, optimizing deployments, and applying risk-based efficiencies.
  • •Event Security Management experience, plus the ability to independently adapt to risk in a fast-paced environment.
